1. Utility Easement - Ballentine Dairy Elementary
Carolina Power & Light Company requires a ten-foot wide utility easement at Ballentine Diary Elementary to provide electrical service. The easement will allow for construction of an underground utility line. Fiscal implications - None. Recommendation for action - Staff requests board approval to grant a ten-foot wide utility easement to Carolina Power & Light Company to serve Ballentine Dairy Elementary.
