PUBLIC COMMENT RELATED TO THIRD YEAR OF THE MULTI-YEAR ASSIGNMENT PLAN

Each individual speaker will be allowed two minutes for remarks Speakers who register on the day of the hearing will be scheduled to speak, in order of sign up, after all of the preregistered speakers have finished. Speakers wishing to present printed supporting materials to the Board must provide 25 copies at the time they make their comments. 2 Podiums and microphones will be provided. All comments will be audio taped for potential review by the Board. Issues or concerns involving personnel matters are not appropriate for this public comment setting
