Ann Majestic will provide information regarding open meeting and public records law requirements.

Volunteer Process

Staff will present information to the Board regarding the process.

DSSF Plan and Statement of Assurance

The Board will discuss the approval of the DSSF Plan by the state.

Update Regarding

Information will be shared regarding the grant.

School Improvement Planning Process

The Board will review school improvement plans and waivers.

Capital Improvement Planning Assumptions

Staff will introduce and present a broad overview of the draft planning assumptions.

Discussion Related to Student Assignment

Staff will present the draft 2011-2012 assignment plan timeline for review and discussion, and will seek direction from the Board on next steps.

Discussion of the Review Process for Superintendent Candidates

Board members will receive an update on the work of the Superintendent Search Committee. Board members will have an opportunity to discuss the review process for superintendent candidates.

Review of Policy Changes Regarding Long-Term Suspensions

Staff will share additional policies related to long term suspension that must be revised to align with the new policy 6530 and direction of the Board.

District Improvement

Staff will share and discuss information with the Board.
