SS6: Recommendations from Board Committees

The Board will discuss recommendations from their committees.

FA2: Current Status of County Appropriation by Purpose and Function

Staff will provide the Board with an update on processes that are being developed to manage the 2008-2009 County Appropriation by purpose and function, and ensure compliance with the 15% threshold for purpose/function budgeted amounts stiptulated by the County Ordinance. Staff will also present impacts to the system of adding the processes to comply with the County Appropriation by purpose and function.

FA3: Board of Education Audit Committee Vacancies

Staff will present a list of current Audit Committee members, vacant Audit Committee positions, and review the desired background of Audit Committee members as defined by Board Policy 8810.

LT2: Curriculum Management Audit- Policy Recommendations

Staff will provide a review of the policies that the Curriculum Management Auditors recommended be written or revised.

LT1: Hunter Education Program

The Board of Education will review draft #2 of Policy 5135, Hunter Education Program.
