SS56: School Improvement Plans

Present instructions for accessing School Improvement Plans for Laurel Park Elementary, Mills Park Elementary, and Sycamore Creek Elementary Schools. Receive questions from the Board.

SS57: School Improvement Plan Waivers

Present a summary of new School Improvement Plan Waivers for Board to review. Receive questions from the Board.

SS58: Student Transfer Process for 2009-2010

Staff will review Policy 6203 and raise some questions that Board members may wish to discuss and provide guidance to staff.

SS59: Policy 1317, 1320, 1322, 1600, 6400

Staff will review changes to format and revisions to the policies

SS60: CFAC Recommendation C-5 (Stagger bid dates to allow contractors to bid more projects)

Review reponse to Citizens Facilities Advisory Committee (CFAC) recommendation concerning staggering bid dates to maximize the number of projects that a contractor can bid at any given time.

SS61: CFAC Recommendation C-6 (Continue Use of Construction Manager-At-Risk delivery method)

Review response to Citizens Facilities Advisory Committee (CFAC) recommendation concerning continuing the use of the Construction Manager-At-Risk delivery method.
