Superintendent's Proposed Budget 2011-2012 Budget Work Session

Provides an opportunity for Board discussion of the Proposed 2011-2012 Budget and development of next steps leading to adoption of the Board's Proposed Budget 2011-2012 Budget.

Small Elementary Schools

Additional resources for smaller schools with significant changes in student enrollment will provid equal access to a high quality program prior to the establishment of the new assignment plan.

Report and Recommendation Related to Committee Meetings

Information regarding the resources required for committee meetings will be shared with the Board along with a recommendation for the current committee structure.

Board Policy 6410, Inappropriate Student Behavior

Implementation for Policy 6410 will be briefly reviewed and Board members will have an opportunity to ask questions.

Board Policy 5522, Honor Roll Policy

The Honor Roll Policy was originally adopted August 20, 1976. Revisions to the policy were approved at the June 1, 2010 Board of Education Meeting.

New Policy 8440, Grants

A new policy was developed in response to those grant programs which occur between available opportunities to submit for Board review.

Board Policy 6000 R & P, Attendance

At the February 23, 2011 Policy Committee meeting the Committee requested the addition of language regarding exam exemption practices at the high schools.
